My phone number changed - what do I need to do?

If you changed your number but still have the phone with the old phone number, follow these steps: 

1. Go to device settings and unpair Cycloop device from your phone.

2. Then tap 'Delete My Account'. This will delete your account from Monimoto servers.

3. Now go through the Cycloop setup wizard to pair it with your new account as you did the very first time.

If you changed your number but you no longer have the phone with the old phone number, contact our support team.
